++Who we are++

Exempt was created at the end of Battle for Azeroth by a few friends. We're a pretty chilled, but competitive, raiding guild on the EU-Frostmane server with players from all over Europe.

++What we expect++

As we only raid twice a week there is little room for continuous blunders during raid encounters. Raiders current and new will know their class and the encounters inside out to maximise the time we have in raid. Our raid leader will of course be calling shots and tactics mid-raid but this is more to facilitate the kill. Here's some basics for raid night:

• Food and flasks for every pull
• Potions aren't required for every pull, but have some for when we've nearly downed the boss to give that extra push
• Have good communication. Say if you don't know something!
• Farm mats for feasts and cauldrons

++Raid rules++

• Be online at least 15 minutes before the official raid start time
• Loot is set to personal. If someone gets a drop they don't need raiders roll to determine who gets it
• BoEs that the player does not need will go the guild bank
• No talking during an encounter apart from the raid leader. We don't want to wipe because a call was not heard over other players talking
