++About Us++ Synoptic are a horde guild on Draenor EU. We raid 3 nights a week with a good social environment.
++Guild Objective:++ To achieve Cutting Edge every tier, ensuring with each tier our realm ranking is higher than the previous. This can only be achieved with our raiders performing to a high-standard, with good attendance and with knowledge of their class. Above all, understanding that you're a part of the Guild & Community, and putting that ahead of self-interest.
++Requirements++ ++Attendance:++ We prefer to run a consistent roster, without a large amount of back up raiders. If we offer you a spot, it is for progression. With this in mind, we require very high attendance.
++Dedication:++ We expect our raiders to be competitive with a view of maximising your classes full potential, while also being able to handle wipes, and also constructive criticism which is an important element of progression raiding.
++Alts:++ We now require 1 alt per member for splits
