General Information Throughout the first season of Dragonflight, our Casual Mythic Raid Team successfully assembled a core group of previous Cutting Edge players who helped us achieve a 5/8M progression status. With a steady and committed roster in place, we are now actively seeking new recruits to join our Guild as we strive to build a formidable team capable of achieving a Cutting Edge status in Season 2 of Dragonflight. As we transition from Casual Raiding to a more competitive Semi-Hardcore approach in Season 2, we are dedicated to taking our gameplay to the next level and reaching new heights of success. Our Guild boasts a thriving Discord and In-Game Community, with two weekly progress raids (further details below) and an active player base engaged in a variety of Mythic+ activities, from weekly Vault Keys to pushing high Keys. Additionally, our Guild Members are always eager to provide assistance and guidance on any questions you may have regarding the game of your class. Current Progress Vault of the Incarnates: 8/8 HC & 5/8 M (5% Dathea) Attitude In order to maintain a positive and productive environment, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of toxicity, hate speech, or harassment. We prioritize good vibes and encourage our members to be respectful and supportive of one another at all times. Expectations We expect our members to maintain a near 100% attendance record and demonstrate a high level of commitment to our raids. Ensuring that you have the necessary consumables such as flasks, food, potions and runes, as well as being fully enchanted and gemmed-up. It is important to have a deep understanding of your class, rotation, and to utilize any available resources to improve your performance. We value team players who are open to feedback and advice, and who are dedicated to pushing themselves to reach their full potential. In addition to our raiding expectations we highly value members who are motivated to push themselves to the maximum in Mythic+ content. Whether you are striving to achieve a top 1% ranking or simply aiming to push as far as possible, we recognize and encourage the dedication required to excel in this area of the game. Philosophy We recognize that close to perfect attendance and a high level of commitment and focus are essential to achieving our goals, but we also prioritize creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where players feel comfortable making suggestions, proposing changes, and most importantly enjoying themselves. We believe that a positive attitude and good sense of humor are integral to your success, and we encourage our members to speak their minds while maintaining a respectful and supportive attitude towards one another. We believe that a focus on Mythic+ not only provides a valuable opportunity to improve individual player skill and understanding of class mechanics, but also serves as a means of building a stronger team dynamics and encouraging collaborations outside of our main raiding schedule. Therefore, we offer a supportive environment for members who are dedicated to pushing themselves to maximum in all aspects of the game, including Mythic+. Recruiting As we move into Season 2, we are currently open to recruiting members of all classes and specs, though this may change in the future. We are seeking individuals with prior Mythic raiding experience who are committed to our Guild’s goals and expectations. We are also open to considering exceptional players who may not meel all of our standard recruitment criteria but demonstrate exceptional skill and a positive attitude. Our Guild’s raid schedule Monday: 20:00-23:00 CET Wednesday: 20:00-23:00 CET Please note that during the first week of the Season, we will have a mandatory third raid day on tuesday to ensure a strong start to our progress. Additionally, for the next 4-6 weeks, we will add Tuesday as an optional raid day to optimize our gear and improve our chances of success. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise and will work with our members to accommodate reasonable requests for time off or schedule adjustments. However, we expect all members to prioritze their commitment to our Guild and maintain as close to perfect attendance as possible.
