Any exceptional player who has a good attitude and considers themselves a good mechanical player is encouraged to get in touch.
We are a group of highly experienced players, who have been playing together for multiple years and want to progress at a high level. We raid Wed/Thu/Sun 20:00 - 23:00 (We will raid Monday first two weeks of a new tier).
-We do not PTR test. -We never start early and very rarely extend beyond 23:00 - If a boss seems as if it will go down in another couple of pulls, strap in kids. -Melee users are required to maintain a ranged alt for progress purposes. -We strictly raid two days per week during farm (We'll try our hardest to get this down to a single day a week if possible).
What do we expect of you?
Solid attendance during progress weeks Communicate in English, both in game and during raids on discord You aren't expected to get along with everybody, but you should respect them Turn up to fights fully prepared knowing the fight and flasks + food if the guild cannot provide.
What can you expect from us?
Experience when it comes to leadership and end game raiding, with the drive to keep pushing Every individual in the already established team will pull their weight Benching of people holding back progress Cauldrons/Feasts/Flasks where possible Gear will be distributed based on data and not favourability
Trials will last as long as they need to take. There is no hard set time in which the trial lasts, perform really fucking well in a single night? Good job, you passed. Take longer to hit your stride? Fair enough, might take a couple of weeks. No pestering to hear if you passed your trial, you’ll pass it when you pass it. The time taken to pass the trial is not a reflection on your performance over time.
