We are recruiting for our mythic raiding team going into BFA. We are currently looking for: 2-3 DPS (see priority above) High - Very high demand for the specific class/role Medium - Specs where the needs from these specs are met by our roster, but not overrepresented. Low - Our roster has no real need for these specs, feel free to apply anyway if you think you can outperform our current players. We raid Wednesdays/Thursdays/Sundays 8-11PM server time. If we ever decide to add an extra raid night or do a couple extra pulls, this will be 100% optional. There will be optional lower-difficulty raids, which are planned to be arranged on off-nights. Why should you join Sacrilege? Sacrilege is a newly formed guild made by experienced mythic raiders. What makes our guild unique is that we strive to have constant dialog between the officer team and its raiders. Specifically, in regards to loot, benching, strategy and expectations. Specifically, you can expect all of these elements to be designed to give the guild the best chances of progressing the content at hand. We want to be a guild with a strong social feeling that isn’t just made up of people who show up for raids, but also have a general similar mindset to each other. It is a goal to create an atmosphere for mythic raiders who want to constantly self improve and who truly long for progression both in the raid and for themselves as players. If this sounds like something you would want in a guild, then maybe Sacrilege is the place for you! What we expect from you: Be highly motivated to evolve as a player and progress as a team. Have some relevant raiding experience that reflects this kind of attitude. High attendance, real life gets in the way sometimes, but raiders should strive to have at least 90% attendance throughout a tier. Be self critical and use the resources at your disposal to constantly improve your own gameplay.
