Hello everyone Devolution is recruiting for our HC+Mythic Progression in 10.1 8/9NM 5/9HC

About us:

We are mostly a mature guild made up of people with full time jobs and family lives outside of WoW. In the limited time we raid we like to maintain a chill and relax raid environment where we can have a laugh with each other but also maintain efficiency and focus when progressing on difficult content.

Our raid days are Wednesdays 20:00-23:00 and Monday’s 20:00-23:00 Server time.

Most of are members are otherwise very active most evenings and will always be up for running Mythic+ content and dipping our toes into PvP in-between raid times.

Recruitment: We encourage any motivated players to apply and will take all exceptional applications into consideration. However we are looking to fill the following vacancies as all other roles are filled and raid team is 99% ready for Arberrus!

• Mages
• Druid Feral / Boomkin
• Shadow Priest
• 1 Restro Druid/ MW monk

What we ask from you:

• A sense of humour

• Interest in being an active part of a community, supporting and respecting each other.

• Enjoy pushing difficult content with a friendly group of like-minded individuals

• Be able to maintain 75% attendance

• Motivated to perform during raid content: While we are by no means hardcore, harder raid content and mythic+ still require you to know your class, rotations and be able to be a benefit to the raid or dungeon group, which means we expect our raiders to be invested in improving their raid performance where necessary. This also means being open to reasonable criticism and not taking suggestions of improvement as an attack on you personally. We are passionate about supporting you in any way we can and you will not be side-lined because of a bad performance but in exchange for this we ask that you also do your best to be the best player you can be and use any necessary tools to help you: addons, guides, logs etc.
