Revenged raiding team has been disbanded Revenged is a semi-hardcore raiding guild looking for DPS for our mythic raiding team. Raid Dates and times: Raids span from 19:45 - 23:00 Realm Time Thursday - Heroic Clear into Mythic boss Re-kills Sunday - Mythic Re-kills / Progression Tuesday - Mythic Progression (Optional raids) Friday - Alt Normal clear (All guildies welcome) What we expect: We expect our raiders to have knowledge of their class and standard knowledge of bosses. We check if our raiders are fully enchanted and socketed, if your gear isn't ready how can we expect you to be. Discord is mandatory but you are only required to listen for boss callouts, if you are shy and don't want to speak we respect that. Information on if you can't make raids so we can pre-plan our groups and mythic team for that evening. What you can expect: A friendly raiding environment and the opportunity to become a member of the team. A constructive environment where we try to overcome obstacles in fights through discussions and cool-down management. An officer team that is supportive and will help you should you need it, going through logs/wowanalyser/class discords if we notice something. Mythic plus: You will often see raiders advertising mythics in guild chat for pretty much every level of keys. As we know pugging keys can be a pain so the officers hold weekly +10 key runs after raid for those who need. How is raid loot handled?: As BFA is Personal loot we use RClootcouncil. If you receive a piece of gear from the boss you can either choose the "Keep" option (If this is selected the looter will always keep their item) or to "Pass". This then is handled by the officers for who needs the item the most through RClootcouncil's voting system. This is done so luck doesn't entirely affect your gearing progress and people get the gear they need. BOE's however are separate from this, for whoever loots the BOE it is up to them to decide what they want to do with it.
