"What are we looking for?

We’re lookin to flesh out our raid core with level-headed players with a dedication to raiding, excellent attendance, a desire to improve, and a competitive drive to progress through content. Players that can take and offer constructive criticism and a positive attitude towards raiding will be highly considered.

If you’re unable to make our raid schedule but are interested in becoming apart of our team please include your availability when reaching out to us and we’ll consider a part time spot for you.

We offer a positive, fun environment in a knowledgeable group of veteran raiders. We will make sure that you’re equip and up to date on the latest tools so that you can elevate yourself to your full potential during raid hours.

“What are our Rules & Expectations?”

• Inclusivity is important to all of us, treat others fairly and with respect. Mistakes happen occasionally and it is important that you’re able to own up to your mistakes but we absolutely do not have room for racism, sexism, homophobia, hatefulness, or bigotry of any kind. We’re here to have fun, down bosses, and unload after a long day.

• You’re expected to show up on time unless given notice in advance. This also means you are expected to be at the entrance helping with summons 10/15-minutes before raid start, not flying to the raid at pull time.

• Come prepared. You bring your own flasks, oils, sharpening stones, food, etc. We will provide Feasts and Cauldrons for raid progression nights that allows for it.

• BoE’s that are looted by the raider are to be traded to an officer to be put up for roll. If no one on the raid teams needs the BoE for BiS / upgrade, the officer will sell the BoE on the Auction house, and the raider who looted it will receive 20% of the profit made, the rest will go to fund the guild bank.

• If you’re underperforming and can’t figure out how to maintain comparable performance to your fellow raiders, you must either reach out for criticism/help. We will gladly assist you, and help you become better!
