Coinflip is a 2 day raiding guild that is casual only in time. We want to not only complete cutting edge but also progress the ranks and exceed our previous bests every tier.

Optional HC Wednesdays - 19:30 to 23:30

Mythic Progress + Farm Thursdays - 19:30 to 23:30 Sundays - 19:30 to 23:30

We may move a raid if necessary to compensate for absences or holidays. This is decided well in advance and requires everyone involved to vote for it.

There are no hidden mandatory raids.

You are expected to:

• Have 100% attendance to both our mythic progression days with few exceptions.
• Maintain, optimize and keep on top of your character throughout the whole tier.
• Play to push the guild forward. This means sometimes doing the $@@@ty jobs, sacrificing throughput if needed and contributing towards fixing problems.
• Be vocal and have a working, decent quality mic.
• Be chill and fit in with the guild's vibes so we all have a good time :D
• Be able to take banter as well as give it out.

You can expect from us:

• A fun, passionate and dedicated raiding team who all share a common goal of efficiently progressing.
• A democratic team where everyone can contribute and voice their suggestions.
• Consistent raids.
• A community of players who play together outside of raids, in M+ and other games.
• A fair loot distribution system that is handled by having an open dialogue amongst the whole team to try and ensure loot goes to the correct player where it will benefit the guild the most.
