Formed during Cataclysm, with roots going back to The Burning Crusade, THEORY is a mid-core raiding guild that blends ambition with chill vibes. We're here to clear content, have fun, and grow together as a community. Whether you're a casual player or aiming to push into Mythic, you'll find your place with us. We take pride in fostering a positive environment where players can improve, take on challenges, and enjoy the game without the drama.

Raid Times:
🗓️ Tuesday & Thursday
🕕 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST (7-10 EST)
We pride ourselves on starting and finishing on time, so everyone can balance real life with raid nights.

Raid Focus this Tier:

• AOTC cleared — Every tier, we get AOTC on Heroic.
• Mythic progression (at a casual pace) — We focus on progression without pressure. 1/8, maybe 2/8
• Soft reserve loot for main raiders helping alts — Our mains help out alts with a soft reserve system to ensure fairness and support.
• We're here for fun, but also to push as far as we can. If you're looking for a guild that won't pressure you but still wants to progress, this is the place.

Players who want to learn, grow, and contribute to a friendly, semi-serious raid team.

• All skill levels welcome — We love helping people improve. Whether you're new or experienced, you'll find support.
• Willingness to improve > parse logs — We're more interested in your growth than raw numbers.
• Positive, helpful attitudes > egos — We keep a friendly, non-toxic environment.
• Good communication — We value clear, consistent communication on voice and in-game.

We're not here to push for M+ glory, but our group regularly runs +12s to +15s, often just to gear alts, complete weeklies, or help friends out. Whether you're trying to improve your key or just want to join a fun run, there's always something happening. We encourage players to run keys together, and there's always someone around to give advice or run content.
