(UNS) Madoran

<Empirical-Madoran> is inclusive of all gender minorities and marginalized groups and is a VISAGE (Visibility, Inclusivity, Support, and Advocacy in Gaming and Esports, formerly LWiW) approved guild!

Empirical is always open to new recruits for our competitive mythic team and for new members of our guild or community! Specifically, we are currently seeking a strong flex healer and 1-2 strong DPS. We were able to achieve CE in Season 2 and are looking to continue that push into Season 3! We currently raid Tuesday, Thursday, and Monday from 7:15-10:30pm CST. We take a 15 minute break at about mid-raid.

The following are the qualities we are looking for in a raider/teammate:

• Team minded player, whose primary goal is to progress through content
• Respectful to all other players in the community, at all times
• Consistent and committed to attending raid, communicative when circumstances prohibit attendance
• Able to take criticism, and always looking to self-improve
• Able to have fun, even when the going is rough, as it might be some nights
• Absent of toxicity.
• Is willing to follow the raid leader's instructions (i.e respecting wipe/burn/swap calls)
• 18+ only, please!
