Equilibrium is a horde guild on the server Area 52 looking for like-minded players to strengthen our roster to continue to consistently achieve Cutting Edge each tier.

Current Progression – 8/8 M LoU; Past Progression: 8/8 M NP

Raid Days & Times:

• Progression Raids: Sunday/Monday 9PM – 12AM EST
• Optional Off-Night: Wednesday - 9PM start

Requirements:

• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• The ability and autonomy to prepare for raid fights and stay up to date on your class.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback
• A progression mindset that includes an understanding that you may not always be rostered for every boss

What to Expect:

• A core roster of raiders who have been together 6-10 years.

• 2 nights of 3 hour raiding, no overtime raiding

• Transparency in regard to strategy and roster decisions

• A lighthearted raid environment. We prioritize both progress and having fun and do not focus on one at the expense of the other
