Raids are 10PM - 1AM CST Tuesday & Thursday with an optional Sunday Heroic clear

Our recruitment philosophy is that we are always recruiting. Whether it be for a more social aspect, M+ pushing, or competition for a raid spot, we are constantly on the lookout for like minded players that can vibe with us. Ideally, each raider can hit majority of the following criteria:

1. Overall enjoyable company. This means during raid and out of raid, whether it be socializing on Discord or running some M+ with the guild. This doesn't necessarily mean that you _need _to be a socially active member, but it's always nice making new connections and building up guild camaraderie.
2. You are able to keep up with the current pace of gearing and are on a similar level to the rest of the raid roster.
3. You are able to commit to the raid times majority of the time with minimal to no absences + tardiness. It is understandable that work/school/family stuff can happen, so a heads up is always appreciated.
4. You value progression and competition. This involves being able to take personal accountability for your actions and improving yourself accordingly. Being able to read logs and prep before each fight is a major bonus as well.
5. You enjoy the vibes of the guild and feel comfortable raiding with us and speaking up if something is bothering you or if you have any suggestions for improvement.
