Forged in Cataclysm with roots stretching back to The Burning Crusade, THEORY is a mid-core raiding guild that balances a focused progression mindset with a chill, community atmosphere. As the Shadowguard threaten K'aresh, we're gearing up to face the challenge head-on, and for Manaforge Omega, we're raising our ambitions to push deeper into Mythic than ever before.

We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, drama-free environment where players can improve, contribute to a serious team, and enjoy the game.

Our sights are set on Manaforge Omega! We are recruiting dedicated raiders for our Mythic progression team as we take on the final raid of The War Within.

Raid Schedule (Tentative for 12.2):

• Tuesday & Thursday
• 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST)

We respect your time and pride ourselves on starting and finishing on schedule. Final times will be confirmed in Discord closer to the tier's launch.

Our Focus for Manaforge Omega:

• Achieve AOTC Swiftly: Our first goal is to clear Heroic efficiently to begin our Mythic push.
• Ambitious Mythic Progression: This tier, our goal is to push deep into Mythic Manaforge Omega, with Cutting Edge (CE) as the ultimate prize. While CE is the target, we are committed to achieving significant mid-tier Mythic progress as a dedicated team.
• Fair Loot System: We use a soft reserve system to ensure loot is distributed fairly, helping our raiders and their alts harness that sweet cosmic energy.

We're recruiting players who want to learn, grow, and contribute to a friendly, yet serious, raid team for the fight on K'aresh.

• Commitment & Reliability: Mythic progression is a team effort that requires consistency. We are looking for raiders prepared to stick with it, maintain high attendance, and see the tier through.
• Willingness to Improve: A great attitude and a proactive desire to master your class, review logs, and contribute to strategy will always be more valuable than a starting parse.
• Team Players > Egos: We maintain a positive, non-toxic environment. We’re a team, and we’ll face the Void Lord together, learning from wipes and celebrating our successes.
• Clear Communication: A working mic and the ability to communicate clearly and constructively in Discord are essential.

While our main focus is raiding, our members are constantly running keys to gear up, complete weekly objectives, and push scores. You'll find groups forming daily for a wide range of key levels. There's always someone around to offer advice, help with a tough key, or just hang out.

We are also looking to build our PvP and alt-gearing communities, so if that’s your jam, we have a spot for you!
