Then reach out to Naco_ on Discord, we will get back to you (in 1-3 days) regarding your application. If the application is approved, a voice interview (about 30 minutes) will be conducted to address the guild and any questions you may have.

Trials will last through 2-3 weeks of progression raiding, 100% attendance (unless already excused) is expected throughout the trial period. A trial will get into some raids immediately. Once trials are moved to the core roster, they should expect at least 80% playtime.

We are a strict 2 day 8 Hour raiding guild on Illidan (US)

Our goal is to achieve Cutting Edge in every tier, doing a little better each time, and we’re led by a group of CE veterans who know how to get things done.

We do not recruit for the bench. We recruit players, not classes. All raid members have value. Raiders should expect to be in for around 80% of pulls.

Core Raid (25-Man Roster): Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm server time (CST)

Alt Raid/VoD Review: Saturday 7:00 pm server time (CST)

A successful raid team thrives on cooperation and shared purpose. While no player is guaranteed full-time raid slots, every member plays a vital role. With a roster size of 24–26 to accommodate absences and composition needs, flexibility and mutual support are essential. We operate as a unified group, always prioritizing the guild’s collective success over individual interests.

Mistakes and off days are part of the game, but accountability sets us apart. Members are expected to own their missteps, communicate openly, and consistently work toward improvement. Maintaining all relevant forms of player power is a core expectation for every raider.

Our motivation for playing retail is steeped in the community. We find the greatest fulfillment in tackling new challenges together in a team-oriented, people-first environment. Though we are serious about progression, we are not driven solely by rankings. If your main priority is climbing the leaderboard, we may not be the right fit.
