About us:
Cryptic is a reformed guild comprised of seasoned raiders who have a history of playing together within the same guild. With a focus on skill, progression, and fostering a positive atmosphere, our leadership team brings a wealth of experience to guide members towards success in raiding. We prioritize three key elements: atmosphere, skill, and progression. We recognize the importance of maintaining a positive and inclusive environment where members can feel comfortable and motivated to improve. dedication and a focus on continuous improvement, we aim to progress through raid content efficiently and effectively. While our guild may be newly reformed, our members bring with them a past of accomplishments and experiences. Many of our raiders have achieved Cutting Edge status in previous tiers, reflecting our commitment to excellence and progression.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking individuals with a solid understanding of raid mechanics and a high level of proficiency in their respective roles. Previous experience in high end raiding is nice, this is how ever not a requirement as we see each individual might bring potential to our roster. meaning you don't need to have achieved CE to be able to join us, We prioritize skill and adaptability to ensure smooth progression through raid encounters. A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with fellow guild members are essential qualities we look for. We believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected. Team players who can communicate effectively and contribute constructively to discussions and strategies are highly valued.
