Netherlord Ozgath Tremaine; formerly known as Alastor Tremiane, son of Stormwind Nobles and younger brother to Archamge Odirius Tremaine, is the co-founder and current leader of the Council of the Black Harvest. Once a powerful adept of Arcane magics, much like his brother, the young Alastor Tremiane studied in Dalaran under the then Archmage Kel'thuzad of the Kirin Tor. Much like his master, Alastor became interested in studying other forms of magic alongside the Arcane, including the Fel magic of the Orc Warlocks who invaded Azeroth when he was a kid. Unbeknownst to him his master was also dabbling in much darker necrotic magics in secret, when the Council found out about this Archmage Antonidas banished Kel'thuzad from the Kirin Tor. After the exile of his Master and with no one willing to teach the former pupil of the disgraced Kel'thuzad, including his own brother, Alastor left the Kirin Tor and began his journey to learn more about Fel magic and the Demonic Arts.

While on this journey he stumbled across another former Mage of Dalaran, Kanrethad Ebonlocke. Alastor told him about his interests in the forbidden magic and Kanrethad revealed that he too had studied Fel magic and offered to teach the young mage more about it. Alastor agreed and while his former master wrought havoc across Azeroth during the Third War he learned about Fel magic from Ebonlocke, even venturing with his new teacher to Outland, the Broken World once home to the Orcs, along with Illidan Stormrage and his Illidari. While in Outland, Alastor would become a Master of the Demonic Arts, as would Ebonlocke and together they would summon and slay the Pit Lord Ozgath and take over his domain known as the Dreadscar Rift. With this new domain in their possession and with the corpse of the demon as a font of power, Tremaine and Ebonlocke would form the Council of the Black Harvest, the largest organized group of Warlocks on Azeroth. Upon this victory Alastor would take on the name of the slain Pit Lord becoming Ozgath Tremaine, Netherlord of the Black Harvest. With the Legion defeated and the Dark Titan Sargeras imprisoned, Netherlord Tremaine has taken a back seat to being the public leader of the Black Harvest, instead becoming the newly appointed Duke of Duskwood. But even with his new public persona, he’s still a Warlock, and will stop at nothing to protect his people from any threat that they may face.
