I raid led my guild for the last several years. Unfortunately we lost some core people on our roster and it was not easy to recover from. I'm also tired of raid leading, I think I mostly did it out of necessity when old guild leadership quit early slands and I had the hunger to keep going.

I still have that hunger, but I'd like to be more of a cog in the machine than the driving force. I already make too many leadership decisions in my home and work lives and I'd like not do that in WoW. That being said I do not intend on being a brain dead dps who pushes buttons and does the bare minimum. I enjoy being impactful to any team I'm on whether its directly contributing or providing offhand support.

In terms of approaching new content, I absolutely love wow and always have. I regularly take a week off of work on new xpac and major patch releases so I can completely no life and grind as hard as I can. I love pressing my buttons, learning about my class, and trying to improve.

I like to think of myself as a team player. I've had to ask people to bench, and I'd be fine if I were asked as well. I'm 100% into contributing to the bigger picture of guild progress instead of having to be there all of the time. In fact, I very very much wanted to bench myself in guild prog so I could raid lead while watching a stream, but we never really found an inexpensive solution that worked without significant stream delay.

I love M+ and I love pushing keys as high as I could. I'll admit there was a bit of weirdness with season 2 where I kind of fell off for a week or two just because gear was so easy to get, it took the wind out of my sails. But now with Augvoker my purpose has been renewed, I absolutely love the feel of that spec.

Outside of WoW I'm a 32 year old married dude who works in the software industry. I enjoy a work from home life at the moment so I'm usually pretty active in discord and in game. I'm very easy going, usually the type to try to resolve conflict than start it. Gigantic pokemon nerd and love gardening.
