About Eternity <Eternity> Alliance on Sylvanas are looking for a few dedicated folks to round out our Mythic raiding roster. We are a group of friends from over many expansion who create a positive, laid back, but still progression focused raiding environment. We always challenge ourselves in Mythic raiding that we can achieve, with the aspiration to CE. If you want to join a guild with an active core and members who have built a guild that can last then please get in touch! We are 4/9 Mythic Aberrus & 5/8M VotI. Currently 6/9M on AtDH We are currently looking for more ranged DPS to balance out the raidteam, but we are always recruiting players who want to get the most of their playtime and progress. Raid Times: Wednesday - 20:00 - 23:00 Server time Monday - 20:00 - 23:00 Server time Invites start at 19:50 Server time Expectations of raiders: We seek players who understand that raiding has some commitment, understand that we are a team and that we rely on one another to not only make raids happen but also to down content. Try to show up on time, come prepared with enchanted gear/consumables- the guild frequently helps with consumables and other tings- this season we funded the perma-augment rune for members! Consistency & Reliability: We expect our members to do their best to turn up to every core raid on Wednesdays and Mondays and to be prepared for the boss we're progressing on. Good Communication: We highly encourage our players to give input on a fight. In addition to this, the ability to call out for an external defensive, ask for help carrying out a particular task or even general questions about the fight/strategy is something we value greatly. A Great Attitude: Everyone is aware that some fights can be stressful and the impact of real-life can reflect in your mood at times, but we ask our members to try their utmost to keep the raiding atmosphere focused and friendly. Knowledge of your class/spec: You are expected to have an understanding of how your class works, the rotation, how to maximize damage output and how to make the most of its utility to help the raid.
